Customize the Hosted Payments Page

If you have access to Converge’s Hosted Payments Page or Lightbox Modal, you can edit certain fields on the Payment Page and Response Page to match the look and feel of your company’s branding.

1. Click Settings in the menu. Select Hosted Payments.

Click Settings in the left menu, then click Hosted Payments. This is the second option located under the advanced api settings heading.
 

2. On the Hosted Payments page, click Setup next to Payment Page.



 

3. On the Payment Page, you can customize information in the payment fields on the right side of the screen.

Edit the payment fields located on the right side of the screen. Fields shown are order summary, payment, billing address, shipping address, custom section, company logo, theme, button text, and header text.

Fields shown are footer text, cancel text, cancel link, a checkbox to include original post data, and an enable captcha checkbox.


4.  Click Preview Payment Page to review your settings.

Click Preview Payments located on the right side of the screen to view changes.

5. When you are done changing your settings, click Save. If you need to make corrections, click Cancel.

Click the Save or Cancel button located at the bottom of the screen.


You can also customize settings on the Response Page

6. Click the Approval Page tab to customize the payment confirmation message in the fields on the right. Scroll down to complete each field.

Click the Approval Page tab located under the Response Page heading on the left side of the screen. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to customize all of the payment confirmation fields and to complete the payment confirmation message.

7. Click the Decline Page tab to customize the transaction declined message in the fields on the right.

Click the Decline Page tab located under the Response Page heading. Customize the fields located on the right side of the screen to complete the transaction declined message.

8. Under the Redirect URL tab, enter your URL to redirect customers back to your company's website. Click Save or Cancel at the bottom of the screen.

Click the Redirect URL tab located under the Response Page heading. Enter your company's url in the Redirect url field. Click the Save or Cancel button located at the bottom of the screen.
