Set Up and Connect to Converge Mobile

Converge offers an alternative way to accept payments with our Converge Mobile app. It's free and available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. In order to use the mobile offering, your account will need to be approved for a Converge Mobile account. If you already have an account and would like to add this free offering, please contact Customer Support at 1-844-996-2020.

Each user on your Converge account can have their own login account to Converge Mobile. Card transactions can be made by manually entering the card payment information, or you can add an encrypted card reader to accept payments more easily. Transactions on Converge Mobile are settled and batched as designated by your Converge account settings.

You can set up and connect to Converge Mobile by following a few easy steps.

1. Download the Converge Mobile app from your device's app store.

2. On the Converge Mobile Welcome screen, select Set Up Mobile Card payments.

5. Create your app-unlock pass code that will be used to securely access your Converge Mobile app.

6. After your credentials are validated, you will see your business name on the next screen. Make sure this information is correct since it will appear on receipts. Select Take App Tour to learn about the key features of Converge Mobile, or simply touch OK to begin processing transactions. If you've decided to add an accompanying card reader to your Converge Mobile account, the directions listed below will walk you through each compatible Converge Mobile card reader. We recommend that each Converge Mobile user to have their own card reader instead of sharing card readers.
