Keeping your account password secure is a top priority. If necessary, you can change your password or another user's password within your organization by following the steps below.
Note:
- If you are already logged in, you can reset your own password or reset another user's password.
- If you are unable to log in, use the Forgot Password link on the Log In screen.
Note:
- Converge does not allow your password to be changed more than once within a 24-hour time frame.
- If you need further assistance, please contact Converge Support at 1-800-377-3962. Select option two, then select option two again.
Reset Your Password from Logged in Status
1. Select Account in Converge. Enter your Old Password, a New Password, then Confirm your New Password. All fields marked with a red asterisk must be completed.
2. Select Cancel or Save when prompted. If you click Save, a confirmation message will appear indicating that your password was successfully changed.
Reset a Different User's Password from Login Status
1. Select Employees in Converge. On the Employee Management page, select a user.
Note: The ability to view and make changes within Employee Management is based on your own user permissions.
2. Enter the user's New Password and Confirm the New Password. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. Select a Terminal to Add to ensure you can edit the user's account in the future.
3. Click Cancel or Save.
Reset Your Password from the Forgot Password Screen
1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
2. Converge will prompt you to enter your Account ID and User ID. Enter both and click Reset Password.
3. Converge will prompt you to answer two security questions to confirm your identity. After answering the questions, click Submit.
4. A security code to reset your password will be sent to the email you have on file. There is a 10 minute period for resetting your password. After 10 minutes, you will need to repeat steps 1 - 4.
5. If you forget your Account ID and User ID, please call 1-800-377-3962, to speak to our customer support team. Select option two, then select option two again. Customer support can also help with resetting your password.
