Pull a Report

A step-by-step guide for how to pull a report.

Pulling your transaction report(s) is simple in Converge. Follow the steps below for how to generate and view the details of your report(s):

*Note:

  • You must have Batch View enabled in order to see your open or settled batches. However, Batch View does not give you permission to change, delete or settle batches (that is a separate permission). Please contact Converge support to enable the permissions you need.

  • You may have different terminals if the business is omni-commerce with different streams of processing for multiple departments or multiple locations.

  • A consolidated business report can be obtained through Payments Insider by requesting that your Merchant IDs (MIDs) be connected. This will give you access to all of your business's batches in one report.

1. Select Payments in Converge. Then, click on the Generate Report drop down menu.

Click Payments located in the left menu under the Converge logo. Then, click Generate Report located on the right side of the screen under the Declined tab to access the drop-down menu.

2. Select Detail with Subtotals or Summary from the drop down menu.

Be sure to choose the type of file you want to download by selecting CSV or XML under the Download as drop down menu. Select Cancel or Generate Report.

If you selected Summary from the Generate Report drop down menu, the Summary Report screen will be displayed.

If you select Generate Report, a summary of your transaction(s) will be displayed on the Current Batch Summary screen. You can view the summary as a CSV or XML file by clicking on Download as or Print a copy.
