Update Your Security Questions

A step-by-step guide for how to change your security questions.

You can protect your account by changing your security questions as needed—just follow the steps below. If you need further assistance call Converge Customer Support at

1. Select Account in Converge.



Complete all of the fields in the Update Security Questions section. Click Cancel or Save. If you click Cancel, the update will not be completed. If you click Save, an Updated Security Questions Successfully Saved message will appear.
